Healing Well of Miriam

The Exodus from Egypt was a picture of Redemption, from beginning to end.

One of the things that happened was a tremendous increase in the birth rate, as the prerequisite 600.000 souls were rushing into the world to complete Nation of Israel.  Today we are seeing an increase in birth rate…everywhere we look are new babies!  Who are these shiny new beings?  Whoever these individuals may be, and whatever their individual purpose may be, they are sparks of the Cosmic Soul of Adam rushing into the world.

Pharaoh wanted to stop the births, first trying to force the Hebrew midwives to kill the babies.  When that didn’t work, he issued a death decree for the baby boys, demanding that they be thrown into the Nile.  In our time, we see a parallel in the hysterical demand for abortion, which—eerily— is the “other side” following the example of Pharaoh in its attempt to stop the ultimate tikun (repair) of ADAM and of Creation itself.

We can see these two opposing things as actually the frontside and backside of one thing…the same indicating sign of the closeness of Redemption that was foreshadowed before the Exodus.
